Support incidents

An incident is a request for code-level support for RubyMotion projects. Submit an incident if you have problems fixing a bug or implementing a specific feature in your project. Your incident will be assigned to a RubyMotion engineer who can help you troubleshoot your code or provide workarounds to fast-track your development.

 
 

Availability

Customers with a paid subscription are eligible to submit incidents. Incidents are priced at $99 per incident. Professional customers are given 4 incidents a year.

 
 

Submitting an incident

To purchase and submit an incident, log into your account page by using the motion account command in the terminal. Responses are delivered in English typically within three business days.
